'How might we engage a new 30-people team to get to know each other better?'
We designed an interactive event consisting of a 'mingling discovery part' for the team members to get to know each other on a personal level and followed up with an interactive game that deepened team members' awareness of the communication styles of others. We closed the session by summarising reflections about the learnings.
