How can professionals learn and test the concepts of agility and creativity?
We designed a 3-day Agility and Creativity program in which participants learn while delivering a real project for one of the NGOs. During the three days, they explored and tested various tools and approaches to organise, understand the problem, generate insights, ideate, prototype, present and get feedback.
