MakeTeamWork is a senior-led studio supported by a curated global network of 20+ experienced facilitators, strategists, and innovation practitioners.

This network enables cross-cultural depth, local delivery, and scalable programme execution. Every engagement is led by a founder; the network extends our reach, never replaces our involvement.

In partnership with LUMA Institute 50+ projects together, building human-centred design capability in teams worldwide, so the people who carry the change have the tools to do it themselves.
