Data you give us:
Data we collect automatically:
If you arrive from one of our Meta ads, the link carries an ad click identifier. Our video page passes it to our assessment site to measure which ads lead to enquiries. We do not run a Meta advertising pixel on this site.
Each purpose, the data it uses, our legal basis, and how long we keep it:
| Purpose | Data | Legal basis | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Reply to your enquiry | Name, email, message | Legitimate interest: answering a request you made | 24 months |
| Send you the Offsite Canvas | Legitimate interest: delivering what you asked for | 24 months | |
| Send occasional practical notes | Consent: the opt-in you tick | Until you unsubscribe | |
| Set up a call you book | Email, booking details | Steps to enter a contract, at your request | While we arrange the call, up to 24 months |
| Understand how the site is used | Analytics data via cookies | Consent: the cookie banner | 14 months |
| Run and protect the site | IP address, server logs | Legitimate interest: security and delivery | About 30 days |
Where our basis is legitimate interest, you can object at any time. See Your rights.
A few providers help run the service. Most handle your data only on our instructions, under a data processing agreement. Calendly is the exception: when you book a call, it runs that booking under its own terms.
| Provider | What they handle | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Brevo (Sendinblue) | Enquiry and canvas contacts, and the emails we send you | EU (France, Germany, Belgium) |
| Google Workspace | Our email inbox, where enquiries and replies are kept | United States (Data Privacy Framework) |
| Vercel | Website hosting and server logs | EEA (Frankfurt); the company is US-based |
| Google Analytics | Website analytics, after you consent | United States |
| Calendly | Call bookings, if you book one | United States |
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We disclose data only if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
Some providers are in the United States. Where your data leaves the European Economic Area (EEA), the transfer rests on a named mechanism:
Email us for details of any of these mechanisms.
Under the GDPR you can:
Email adam@maketeamwork.com to use any of these. We reply within one month.
You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
We set analytics cookies only after you accept them in our cookie banner. Nothing loads from Google before you accept. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.
We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and we limit who can access it.
We update this notice when our processing changes. The version on this page is the current one, with the last-updated date at the top.
