This notice explains how we handle your personal data on maketeamwork.com, and your rights under the GDPR (in Dutch, the AVG).

On our video page (/why-nothing-moves) we also count, without identifying you, that the page was viewed, how much of the video was watched, and whether a call was booked. These records carry the ad campaign details from the link, but no cookie or device identifier, and they are not linked to you. If you have declined cookies in our banner, we do not record them.
If you arrive from one of our Meta ads, the link carries an ad click identifier and campaign details. When you book a call on that page, they are attached to your booking. If you accept in our cookie banner, we also send two events to Meta so we can see which ads work: that you watched at least half of the video (with the ad click identifier, the page address, your IP address and browser details), and that you booked a call (with the ad click identifier and your email address in hashed form, never in plain text). We do not run a Meta advertising pixel on this site, and neither event sets a cookie.
Sometimes we hold data about you that you did not give us yourself. When an organisation engages us to run a workshop, facilitation or offsite, or to invite their people to our assessment, they give us a list of the people taking part. This usually includes names, work email addresses and sometimes job roles. We receive this from the client, not from you.
We use it only to set up and run what the client asked us to deliver: to send joining details and materials, to run the session, and to send assessment invitations where that is part of the work. Our legal basis is our and the client's legitimate interest in delivering a service the organisation arranged for its people. You can object at any time, and we will stop unless we have compelling grounds to continue. See Your rights.
The organisation that shared your details is responsible for telling you it has done so and for having a basis to share them. We keep this data for as long as the engagement runs and up to 24 months afterwards, then delete it. It is held in the tools listed under Who else sees your data, mainly our email and the tools we use to run the session. Assessment invitations are handled through our assessment tool at humantechnology.ai, which has its own privacy information.

A few providers help run the service. Most handle your data only on our instructions, under a data processing agreement. Meta is the exception: for the ad measurement described above, Meta Platforms Ireland and we are joint controllers for collecting the data and sending it to Meta. What Meta does with it after that is Meta's responsibility, under its own terms and privacy policy.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We disclose data only if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

We set analytics cookies, and send ad measurement events to Meta, only after you accept in our cookie banner. Nothing loads from Google before you accept. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.
We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and we limit who can access it.
