Chipax, a fast-growing fintech company from Chile, sought to strengthen innovation and ownership by improving Psychological Safety and feedback culture during a scaling phase.
Challenge
Rapid growth had created:

The need was behavioural change embedded into daily collaboration.
Approach
We developed a tailored 2-month program with the following components:
• Live Events: Interactive sessions facilitated in both English and Spanish to meet team preferences and ensure inclusivity.
• Individual Coaching: One-on-one coaching sessions to address personal challenges and build confidence in feedback practices.
• Self-Assessments: Tools to help team members reflect on their Psychological Safety and communication styles.
• Final Retrospective: A culminating event to evaluate progress, share learnings, and align on future improvements.
The program was designed to create a safe, open environment for team members to practice giving and receiving feedback, thereby enhancing collaboration and trust.
