Krealo, Credicorp’s Corporate Venture Capital arm, partnered with MakeTeamWork to design a 12-month leadership journey for CEOs across its fintech portfolio.
This was not generic leadership training. It was about strengthening strategic clarity, execution discipline, innovation capability, and personal resilience in high-growth
