Overview

ArtSaas is a growing digital platform that empowers artists and galleries to manage their marketing, showcase collections, personalise offers, and run e-commerce in one place.

As part of the Startup Booster for Social Impact, a Warsaw-based programme supporting purpose-driven startups, ArtSaas was preparing to scale internationally. We were invited as an innovation partner to help the leadership team align their vision and shape their expansion roadmap.

Challenge

ArtSaas needed clarity and momentum. The product offered value to both artists and galleries, but the leadership team wanted a focused approach to building strong relationships across diverse markets. With limited time and a global roadmap ahead, they needed a high-impact strategy sprint.

Approach

We designed and facilitated a series of strategic online sessions using visual collaboration tools to create alignment, generate energy, and build shared ownership. The 8-person leadership team moved quickly through five co-creative moments:

1

Vision Alignment

Each team member shared their aspirations for the company's global future, building trust and surfacing early tensions and opportunities.

2

Stakeholder Mapping

Visual tools mapped key audiences, uncovered relationship gaps, and brought focus to the expansion path.

3

Relationship Ideation

Instead of jumping to solutions, the team co-created ideas for building meaningful relationships with artists and galleries in new markets.

4

Concept Visualisation

Ideas became concept posters, making thinking tangible, enabling feedback, and accelerating decisions.

5

Roadmap Building

The team aligned on next steps, ownership, and prioritisation, shaping a realistic and energising roadmap.

What made it work: high trust, fast pace, and structured creativity, so the team could align quickly, reflect honestly, and act decisively.

Outcome

Within three hours, we achieved what we thought would take three months. Thanks to this, we started selling our product globally much sooner than expected.
