At the onset of COVID-19, Goldenline needed to rapidly understand how the job market was shifting — not as an academic exercise, but to recalibrate its strategic direction in real time.
What made it complex
The pandemic fundamentally disrupted employment dynamics:
- High uncertainty, no historical reference points
- Multiple stakeholders with conflicting signals
- Strategic decisions required before the data was “complete”
Our role
We co-designed a rapid insight-to-execution process:
