The How to Manage Your Team workshop, hosted by Berlin Startup School and facilitated by Make Team Work, was designed to equip start-up founders with the essential skills and tools needed to effectively lead and manage their teams. Through a combination of practical exercises and engaging discussions, the workshop provided actionable strategies to address common team management challenges while fostering a positive and productive team culture.

Challenge

Start-up founders often face unique team management challenges, from effective communication and delegation to conflict resolution and building a cohesive culture. The Berlin Startup School recognised the need to provide practical guidance to help founders navigate these challenges and successfully lead their teams. The goal was to deliver a hands-on workshop that would empower participants with the tools and confidence to manage their teams effectively.

Approach

We delivered an interactive workshop structured around key aspects of team management:

• Identifying Challenges: Participants explored common team management hurdles and shared their experiences in a collaborative setting.

• Skill Development: Founders learned practical leadership skills, including effective communication, delegation techniques, and conflict resolution strategies.
