In the dynamic LATAM fintech and startup ecosystem, Krealo, Credicorp’s Corporate Venture Capital (CVC), is committed to driving disruptive growth by empowering the CEOs of its portfolio companies. Recognising the multifaceted challenges faced by these leaders, Krealo partnered with Make Team Work to design a 12-month leadership program. This initiative aimed to equip CEOs with the tools, insights, and methodologies needed to navigate complexity, foster innovation, and achieve sustained growth while promoting personal resilience and transformational leadership.

Challenge

The role of a CEO requires navigating constant evolution and addressing complex challenges with strategic agility and operational excellence. Krealo identified the need for a structured development program beyond traditional business support to enable its portfolio company leaders to thrive in demanding environments. The challenge was to create a tailored program that addressed the unique needs of each CEO while fostering a community of leadership excellence.

Approach

To address this challenge, we designed and delivered a comprehensive 12-month program focused on strategic development, operational mastery, and personal growth. The program included:

• Needs Assessment & Mapping: Briefings, questionnaires, and personalised interviews to identify individual challenges and aspirations.

• Inspirational Engagements: Meetings with successful entrepreneurs to exchange knowledge and inspire reflection.

• Hands-on Workshops: Practical sessions led by industry experts, introducing cutting-edge tools and methodologies.

• Asynchronous Learning: Curated materials and assignments to deepen expertise and address intellectual curiosity.

• Personalised Coaching: One-on-one support to refine leadership styles and implement new strategies effectively.

This blended approach fostered a tailored and impactful learning journey for each participant, ensuring alignment with their goals and the demands of their roles.

Outcome

The program delivered transformational growth for participants, equipping them with innovative practices to foster efficiency, creativity, and resilience in their leadership roles. The initiative achieved an exceptional Net Promoter Score of 100, reflecting unanimous satisfaction and the significant value gained. Krealo’s CEOs emerged as more confident and capable leaders, ready to drive sustained growth and innovation in their companies. The program established a strong community of leadership excellence within Krealo’s portfolio, positioning the organisation for continued success in the competitive LATAM market.
